Redger Farms is a family-run ranch just outside of Plains, Kansas. Our family has been raising beef cattle for generations—since our Mennonite ancestors came to America! Our cattle are 100% grass-fed from start to finish and they're never given grain, antibiotics, hormones, or growth enhancers.
After many years of requests, we also began the journey of raising Berkshire-cross Pork. The Berkshire breed is known for being the wagyu of hogs. With greater intramuscular marbling than it's commercial counterparts, and unparalleled flavor and tenderness. This is the prime meat of the pork world.
Our farm operates on small-town values, family traditions, and humane responsibility. We raise the meat that we would give to the people we love, with no ploys or secrets.
